Ogni anno, da qualche anno, viaggio a Dubai e scelgo sempre questo hotel. Struttura vicino alla metro, ottima posizione e piena di servizi e ristoranti. Staff gentilissimo ed ospitale, disponibile ad ogni richiesta e ragazzi dell' housekeeping cortesi e sempre veloci nel rispondere alle richieste. Consigliatissimo.

Рядом метро, автобусы, продуктовые магазины, кафе. Сам отель не новый, но чистый, все работало. Есть большой холодильник, варочная панель, стиральная машина, посуда, утюг, гладильная доска. Стиральный порошок, ср-во для мытья посуды покупать самим. Ездили с тремя взрослыми детьми, им брали номер с отдельной спальней и гостиной. В гостиной есть диван, дополнительную кровать принесли. С уборкой проблем не было, но мы всегда оставляем чаевые. Отличный персонал. Во всем помогают, проблемы решают. Завтрак скудный и однообразный, но вполне нормальный и вкусный: каша, картошка, макароны, омлет, сыр, сосиски, колбаса и тд. Голодным точно не останешься. Сейф бесплатный. Стоянка для авто тоже.

Окно открывается, но на проветривание поставить невозможно. Для сушки белья всего одна веревочка в ванной, т к большое белье сушить негде. Если бронировать самый простой номер на троих, то места не будет, когда принесут доп кровать. У нас в шкафу не было полок, только плечики, чтоб вешать платья и рубашки, соответсвенно вся одежда лежала в чемоданах в комнате в открытом доступе. На завтраке помидоры не понравились. Фрукты тоже оставляют желать лучшего

Персонал отличный, уборка хорошая. Все рядом, метро, магазин. Предоставляются ваучеры на пользованием частным пляжем отеля на Palm Jumeyrah. Но каждый день не наездишься, тк добраться можно только на такси , примерно 85 дирхам в обе стороны. Но это несомненно плюс и для разнообразия можно съездить. Есть трансфер на Марину (Blue Waters), Mall Emirates и еще в парочку ТЦ. Ближайший пляж , на такси 5 минут - Secret Beach или Al Sufouh еще называют. Очень классный пляж, в основном местные экспаты туда ездят. Нет зонтов и душа, но это небольшой минус в сравнении с чистейшей водой, пляжем и открытой линией горизонта, что становится редкостью для Дубая , тк город расширяют еще и в воду.

Из минусов, отель уставший и требуется ремонт в номерном фонде. Нет развозки на пляж.

The hotel is located perfectly, close to the metro station and there are also always taxi drivers nearby so no problem with transportation at all. There are couple of shops nearby as well as pharmacies and a clinic. The room itself is quite good too - we had a 1-bedroom room - spacious and clean. We had everything you may need in our room - a hairdryer, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, a big-sized fridge, cutlery and cookware as well as plates, glasses and cups. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job all the time with a small exception when they forgot to restock bathroom supplies and replace the towels, however one call to housekeeping resolved this issue. The room service is also good and quite fast. The gym and the swimming pool are also worth to check out. The gym has everything you need for both cardio and weight training. Nothing extra, but you will find all the basic equipment as well as weights and mats. I would also like to mention breakfast we had at the hotel - the food was delicious - everything was fresh, tasty and with a good variety of dishes. On another note, I would like to mention how professional and friendly the hotel staff was. Everyone I was interacting with - including receptionists, Beastro restaurant staff and housekeeping staff - was always ready to help and assist with any requests we had. I can say for sure that the staff made our stay even better and more enjoyable.

To note here regarding the room - by the end of the day we couple hear a canalisation smell so make sure to close the drain when you finish your shower.
