This place will make you feel at home , you are treated like a kid who is free to do whatever and enjoy their time at the property! , They truly understand personal space and standard of service as a hotel , it's a 5 star so all facilities are available but the staff and sneha made it all a bit special for us .

Pool is ideal for kids not adults, so it can be avoided!

Conveniently located, plenty of shops and malls around. Good security excellent staff all around. Right from the entrance we were met with a friendly and lovely smile from security and Mahendra and Dheeraj and then during the whole stay from room service staff, to cafe/restaurant staff, chefs and reception every single person was there ready to help, invite and make us feel welcomed and cared for. My kids loved the stay, enjoyed the food and liked all the talks with everyone around. Thank you all for making our time there comfortable and special.

beds were not that clean , no smile and warmth in staff . not very welcoming , bed sheets had stains I have attached the picture .

Breakfast didn't have a sandwich. The glass table in the room can hurt in dark.

I had a massage and the following day I had pain in my back, I don't know why as the girl was very nice and I enjoyed the massage at the time but I feel that whatever she did strained my mucsles somehow, it was very painful for several days afterwards.

i didnt like the food taste. although quantity was more than expected but taste was not up to the mark.
