Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Räumlichkeiten sehr sehr gemütlich.
Das Essen war prima und der Arnsberger Maximum einfach lecker 😋
Wir hätten es sehr begrüßt wenn für Sylvester Plätze für Hotelgäste im Restaurant frei gewesen wären. So mussten wir herum telefonieren, um noch etwas zum Abendessen zu finden.

Very nice apartment, nice people. great service and value for money.
Stairs are a bit difficult with baggage, every thing else is excellent.

We stayed at the apartment which was very nice and the staff was also super friendly. Food at the restaurant was very good according to my family (I personally did not have time to eat there).
The only thing that is a bit 'tough' is the low ceiling of the apartment. Especially when taking a shower, you might have some issues as a taller person.

Booked a double bed but got two single beds. Cleaning lady was very unkind.

Almost nothing
The front disk old lady and old man in the morning of 7 Oct. they have the most rude and aggressive attitude, maybe because I was speaking in English and it make them upset they can’t understand it and didn’t want to understand me anyway. I had to deal with them when I was eating breakfast and checking out that morning everything Said or acted from them to help me was sound bad , even the cup of coffee
