Hotel Coral Suites

Not much to dislike! This hotel is in a great location. It's a walking distance to so many restaurants, markets, retail stores and supermarket. I stayed in the king suite, and it was spacious and well laid out. It's such a nice touch to have a mini kitchen. It makes long term stays so comfortable. All of the staff at the front desk and elsewhere were outstanding! Always ready with a smile and a greeting! I always work to practice my Spanish. But most of them were also bi-lingual. I will definitely stay here again on future visits.

I can't say I really disliked anything. As is typical of most bathroom vanities/sinks, there is limited space for personal items. The TV is medium-sized, so smaller writing was a bit difficult to see from the bed if you have eyesight challenges, as I do, But those were minor inconveniences and easily managed.

Friendly staff and very convenient to restaurants.

No hot water! Need better pillows.

I enjoyed coming to this property...which is mostly due to staff's welcoming and accommodating nature...this does stand out for me and glad to see familiar faces as a repeat guest. Its close proximity to everything I need in the area or downtown for that matter played a role in my decision to stay, plus it's budget friendly for those on a budget....it's convenient location makes life easier for walking.

However...there's a lot of issues at this hotel that needs to be addressed with management or corporate...too much to mentioned...as with my previous stays....it would be repetitive at this point.

Nasty. Ladies at reception were nasty. A complete lack of professionalism. They had us wait to check in for over an hour because she was busy with some paperwork. Customers first, then paperwork.
