Takamatsu Kokusai Hotel

Spacious for travelling with family. Lots of free parking. Breakfast available on site.

Bathroom fan is a bit lacking power making the bathroom very steamy after a shower

You can tell the history of the building, but the accommodation is clean and tidy. Smoking room is also available. Good breakfast. But wouldn't recommend it if you're not travelling with a car.

So this place looks like a great 70's design updated to 90's? Feels really spacious - big junior suite which was great (2 toilets!) - everything you need. We stayed 4 nights. Location is about 15 mins by bus (stop outside hotel) from central station but quite well serviced with Family mart, French bakery, and restaurant nearly next door. They do dinner some nights - our bouillabaisse was alright and waiter tried hard. Having windows that open (see I told you it was older style) is great! Very polite reception staff.

Actual name is a little confusing - everyone knows it as Kokusai International. Restaurant a bit pricey and not very inviting, so didn't bother.

There was a good boulangerie across the street.

The room was extremely small.
