The restaurants are great. The food is amazing and restaurant staff are very helpful and lovely.
Check-in issues. Constant room key card issues. Front desk staff attitude.
Out of respect to the Assistant Manager, I will not detail all the issues here - but let’s just say, out of all the hotels and cruises we booked throughout Vietnam, this was by far the most disappointing. If the hotel management chose to reply here with more details, then I will do the same.
This was supposed to be the highlight- the end of our trip. Save the best for last. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite.
