Best Villa I have stayed in by far! Clean (no bugs), comfortable bed and pillows, amazing food and breakfast, actually nice coffee, exceptional staff, a cute present left on the bed each night, the pool and waterfall, the attention to detail in everything they do and the privacy was 10/10.
Location is perfect! Close (walking distance) to Seminyak Village and great restaurant’s! Walking distance to Seminyak beach.
Can not fault this place at all!

Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast can be served in the villa. Inside the villa is peaceful.
1) Traffic is very busy in front of the property, with many motorbikes passing by, quite dangerous. The property didn’t allow the cars to stop in front of the property - it’s a hassle when you have luggage. 2) not recommended for elderly or those who are not mobile as you need to climb up and down to/from the living room. 3) Private pool - water too cold
