Bed was comfortable. Room was large enough. Off street parking provided.
1. No air-conditioner - just a space heater. [seems to be fairly standard in Tasmania accommodation venues] but air-con is required for ventilation purposes while maintaining room security when asleep. 2. Mini refrigerator was placed awkwardly, tucked away in corner which meant the door was hinged on the wrong side to get good access. 3. types of water taps made it difficult to fill the hot water kettle/electric jug.

The hotel is in the middle of town a short walk to the Heritage train. The owners were very accomodating to our requests and the onsite restaurant serves excellent Asian cuisine. The owners are very friendly I would stay again.

Location is amazing!
Room was unclean - mould in shower, curtains were cut? and room smelt like food. It needed to be aired out prior to any new guests. Room was cold, bed very firm and only one pillow each. Very poorly lit room. Someone needs to check and tag all electrical goods.
