Zentrale Lage. Tram-Station vor der Unterkunft. Preis-Leistung vollkommen in Ordnung. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Nothing
No parking at the hotel. Hard to find street parking and no info or support on that. This is a youth hostel and not an hotel. Not many options for breakfast.

Even the unexpected breakfast was simple but still open-buffet and satisfactory.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Bielefeld, the location was nice and the place was clean.
We were a bit disappointed with the staff communication. The checkin was supposed to be at 15:00, however it took them 2 extra hours to clean the room so we had to wait for the checkin of one of the rooms 2 extra hours. That was not convenient, and the staff was not even apologising for that, so it felt like they didn't care much about the delay. So, I think they should work on the communication and welcoming guests better in the future!

Very expensive for what you get. there are no facilities such as thee in the room and you have to make up your own bedsheets.
