Good view from window, balcony. Everything is modern and good.

The air conditioning system is blowing ice cold air on all settings, ended up switching it off and opening balcony door (but temperature outside is high and humidity is like 90%). Stuff didn't know enough English to communicate. Breakfast was okay for 5 star hotel,but not amazing. Place is in middle of nowhere with nothing to do.

The hotel facilities were good. The room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel service was nice. Special thanks to Diana CAO for her patient guidance for the city taxi :)

The food in the lounge wasn’t tasty and the choice was limited. You have to ask the hostess for searching, if you want a beer.

The view of the balcony was amazing, good size room. All staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great while we stayed, a good range of choices from Chinese to Western.

The location is not close to any public transport. Furniture in the room needs fresh up. Coffe wasn't nice.

It was very clean and sanitary. Spot on location and overlooking the river.

Super poor sound insulation and I felt lack of security during my stay in this hotel. 3 persons came to open my door mistakenly, which I don’t know whether it’s really a mistake or anything else, even in 1:30am someone was attempted to open my door which made me feel deeply nervous and can’t sleep anymore. In 2am, I heard someone in the next room taking shower, talking, brushing teeth, spitting, which is disgusting and totally can’t accept in a well-known five-star hotel!! Then until 7am, there was a kid shouting in the corridor and someone open the door and close the door, noisy can no longer describe the situation. I still can’t believe this happened in HILTON!! But this hotel claims their room are soundproofed on booking.com, maybe Booking should change it stop cheating on customers. This is totally the worst Hilton in the universe!

The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much.
