The vouchers they give for breakfast are perfect, the bakery around the corner is so delicious! The staff at Art Gallery were so accomodating and the woman at the desk went out of our way to help us with any requests. We loved the area of Koukaki and would love to stay there again next time.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly.
My room was very tired and looked out on a wall. The breakfast was in a cafe round the corner, The reception was closed from 6pm. Although they asked when you were arriving they gve no indication if you were going to be late you would need an access code. This was unsettling.
