Beautiful location near Holland Park, a short walk from Portobello Road. Friendly staff and clean, nice rooms.
A very minor point: there should be a small shelf or ledge in the shower - somewhere except the floor to set down a bottle of shampoo or shower gel.

The location is fabulous. Easy to explore Notting Hill and Portobello Road, Pembridge Road and Holland Park. The staff are very welcoming also and the accommodation is light and airy.
We would prefer an ensuite bathroom. For the rate charged not having an ensuite is an inconvenience. It would make all the difference to our stay. Breakfast is limited. It would be nice to have more fruit options. Also a better quality of bread offered as there are either packet croissants or cheap bread provided which is a disappointment as the healthy options are limited.

The location was good close to tubestation
The parking area was so so small. The beds were not comfy at all. Also the walls were so thin all night the noise from the main road were so loud we could not sleep all night . Also the beds were so hard and uncomfortable & the bedding were not good. There was only 1 socket in room for charger. And the ensuite bathroom basin was so small couldnt wash face properly.in morning as all the water dripped down. Little things needed upgrading.
