Staff member was polite and helpful. The price was right.

The room was very dated. Taps in both bathrooms were very hard to turn on and leaked. Block out curtains were very flimsy and allowed light in bedrooms. Carpets were very outdated and had several worn areas.

Large apartment, quiet, free parking

Close location to our event and walking distance to city. Parking included. One bedroom unit, so plenty of space. Comfortable beds.

Carpet in bedroom needs replacing and some cupboards broken. Kitchen cupboards had oil film over them.

Good place with lots of space for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Had the small clean pool to myself.

No internet the first 24 hrs. There's almost 50 steps up with suitcases since no lift for rooms starting with 3

Location was ok, approx 30 min walk to most attractions. Apartment complex was quiet and secure with a lovely pool that we used every day. The apartment was nice and big over two levels.

Unfortunately most restaurants and cafes are also a 30 min walk or so away. The kitchen has exactly 4 of everything, which is sufficient but also requires doing the dishes after every meal.

Perfect location for city centre. Bigger than we expected. Every clean and had everything you need

Location is close to Brisbane CBD. A 15 minute walk and you'll be in the center of the action. Room comes with laundry facilities, kitchenette and balcony.

Our laundry machines did not work - they were broken. Electrical fuses were tripped and we did not have power for majority of our stay. There are no elevators so we had to walk up the flight of stairs. The rooms do show some age. Can be modernized.

Mould in the shower recess and on the wall above shower. I will give the staff their due, it was living mould but bad staining. 👎

Easy walk to the city and comfortable living area/bed. Very good value for money, as the apartment was quite spacious.

Too many stairs… The outdoor ones would be treacherous in the wet. A very long way to lug our bags from the car park with lots of stairs..

Nothing much really

The attitude of the guy on duty on arrival,not helping to book a taxi for me and almost got late to the venue of my exams on Saturday and was so destabilised and would have missed my flight backbto Mackay the next day as well.I was running late and asked them to help print my boarding pass just to save some time.The gut refused and didn't even deem it fit to make any suggestions. They also did not book a taxi for me.l had to get an uber when l saw it was getting late and l will miss my flight!!

Location was good.near the park, but very hilly for older people. Liked the free spring hill buses.

Having to walk up stairs with my luggage. It would have been handy to know that before booking as I am 78 and it's not easy for me. However. The receptionist carried my bag up the stairs which was very nice of her.

Garden and pool were very pretty. Inside was very spacious.

Inside is very dated and tired. Stove top was grubby. Shower over bath wasn't great.

Mould in shower area. Used soap with hair in shower. Body gel half used. Microwave dirty and not working.
