Tons of space in the common areas. The floor plan and interior courtyard are exceptional. Nice views and outdoor space on two levels.

Small things need updating like the toilet seat and shower heads in the primary suite. There was a long list of essential items that we were asked to provide for ourselves like toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, paper towels, shampoo etc. But when we arrived all of those items were stocked. Also there are only tiny TVs. We always visit during football season and a larger screen would be appreciated. You can barely read the screen from the living room. If the downstairs bedroom was set with a queen or king size bed, it would be good for two couples to share.
