The staff left us alone and the room was very comfortable

The spa had yellow rings around the top and the toilet seat creaked no matter what you done when you sat down and the tv had lovely white speckles with the occasional flickering white line 🙂 Maybe not worth the $200 per night.

Clean sheets, towels and the bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Split system was effective for heating. Great decor, very tasteful, fantastic location.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be cleaned to be more effective. Also, we didn't think the TV screen should be positioned underneath the split system - it felt like it interfered with the TV?

Leaving it. We liked nothing. Did we enjoy our stay? Well - we didn’t stay. Would we come back? Never.

Everything. Just horrible. Overpriced. Underwhelming. Unfriendly. A small family of 4 & still struggled - A complete shoe box inside a shoe box with the front door being 2.5 steps away from the bed. Broken TV remote, cheap tv with horrible quality to name a few features. We were told by staff 12 hours after our arrival that we needed to keep our kids quiet & away from the people in certain rooms because they were sleeping. Where else could we have gone? Why were we (holiday makers) placed smack bam in the middle of 4x night workers? Spent 6 hours on the road with kids (3 & 1) to be told we had to keep them quiet during the day. It left us feeling unwelcomed & incredibly stressed. We were extremely sad after being told. Scared to return to our room because our boys are so young & full of life we couldn’t keep them quiet when all they wanted was to play. We decided that night we’d leave. Endured a nights drive to anywhere else but there & cried at how horrible the staff were. Our entire holiday was ruined. Accidentally left my hair straightener behind in the rush. Emailed about it & got no response. Called & was met with the worst customer service. Practically hung up on me. This isn’t about money. We paid for a full 3 nights Friday - Monday. Arrived Friday and left Saturday & the entire cost was deducted just moments after we left. The place may have not been the issue. The issue was the absolute lack or absence of courtesy, politeness & BASIC customer service. The whole experience was horrible. So horrible that for my own mental health & sanity, I won’t demand a refund. Best course of action is to forget this place ever existed.

clean, comfortable great for family

The apartment is roomy, modern, well equipped and sparkling clean. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The view is the best part with sweeping views of the ocean. The gas fireplace added romance.

Nothing really. The kitchen is well equipped except for some reason they deliberately do not provide large cooking knives. We asked for one and it was provided with no problems.

Room is clean and simple.
