The hotel is colocated with Pullman so you get the benefits of a great breakfast and their facilities while paying for a slightly cheaper room. The staff is also very friendly. The restaurant at Pullman is really good!

The staff were just fantastic and would go out of their way to help, even popping out late at night to grab you painkillers as an example.

The location is great. The room was bigger and nicer than we expected. The staff were very friendly. The facilities were good too.
The service was at times disappointingly slow and disorganised, especially the in-room service.
