Radstone Hotel

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the Quartz Suite, and it really was outstanding — a beautiful room and a wonderful experience from start to finish. We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was really lovely, and all of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We did have a slight issue with the shower on the morning we were due to leave. We contacted reception and, within just a couple of minutes, a member of the maintenance team was there to resolve the problem. As we were in a rush to leave that morning to attend a funeral, a lady from reception very kindly gave us the keys to another room so that we could use the shower while the repair was being carried out. The repair itself only took around 10 minutes and our room was then back in full use. I thought the way the hotel handled the situation was incredibly professional and efficient. Rather than letting what could have been a stressful situation become a problem, the staff acted immediately and went above and beyond to help us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. We would certainly stay here again!

Issue with the hot water in the shower but this wouldnty put us off at all with it been handle so well.

Nice hotel, room was lovely, clean and comfortable . Amenities in the room were excellent

Nothing

Location.

Nothing really not to like for what we needed. Typical business hotel just nothing exceptional. Does what it does well. We were surprised to see artificial hedge round the outside wedding area.

modern building, well sound proofed inside, freindly helpful staff

surrounded by a sea of litter. dont have a room at the front when there is a wedding, taxis beeping their horns at midnight and drunken guests shouting just outside, no aircon so had to open window...
