Location is good. People in Counter are all friendly to foreigners.

There is a little wool in Coin laundry. Might need to clean it up more often.

Amazing amenities provided and excellent communication for English speaking tourist. Convenient location to visit different places of visit in Nagoya!

My window could not be opened, there was no window handle on it.

Onsen and sauna in the hotel

Location is very convenience, just around 200 meters from Marunouchi Metro station (Red line) exit 3. An escalator is only half way to the exit way, not good for the heavy luggage. If you have luggage, I would recommend you to use the elevator which is in between exit no. 3 and 4. Please see the map details in th station area again. I can't remember exactly. The family mart is next to the hotel.

I stayed here for 5 nights but the drinking water was provided on the day of arrival only. I was on the 3rd floor which is the vending machine was located, there maybe some noise from there.

Very close to subway station and shopping area

Location

Tidy, clean and quiet with small hot public bath, very near to metro station. Delicious breakfast with only 1500yen. The staff are very helpful, there is delivery service. The room is small.

Front desk is very helpful. Nice Hot spring for relaxation
