We cycled to he hotel and the staff were expecting us. We had requested a safe storage area for our bikes and prior to our arrival the hotel were proactive in communications, particularly with regard reception opening hours . When we arrived we were met by Catherine, who was lovely, and helped us with our bikes, providing a ramp to the storage area. Our room was pretty cool with a Harry Potter theme which was fun and Unique
