The ambience, the vintage look , the hospitality, the room , the bar…. Can keep counting. It was a total package.

Really good breakfast
Nothing serious

Good location, excellent rooms, hot water, excellent food, lovely view from the Signature rooms.
I feel the rooms are a bit far from the dining facilities. This is probably because I am not able to walk long distances.
Staff for breakast are not experienced as before in meeting the needs of customers. They can be trained some more

Good location.
Leak in the bathroom and noisy room to begin with (which backed onto the kitchen) however was changed on request.
Breakfast variety could have better. Service was slow at times.
