Great location for a family catch-up and a visit to Seaworld. The heated pool was a good surprise as well. We enjoyed our stay and found it very comfortable and clean.

A bit of a struggle up the stairs with our luggage as there was no lift.

We liked the location. Kids loved the pool and it was clean. We liked being a short walk away from the local supermarket and 20min ish driving distance to the themeparks. The gardens and grounds were beautiful. Loved seeing the Stone Bush Curlews, and the Loreketts flying around too.

It was disappointing to turn up and realize we had no hand soap, we had to go out and buy some. There was a washing machine and no liquid supplied. Not even sample size packs. We had 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 nights and I had to email to ask for more as the reception wasnt open in the weekends. - asked for soap, toilet paper and a spray and wipe and rubbish bags and was told they dont supply soap or spray n wipe and we had a dishcloth we could use but gave us shampoo and body wash and rubbish bags. Then the next day we were then given 2 extra rolls some spray and wipe and a soap but had brought our own the day before when we were told they dont supply it. The cook top didnt work well and after cooking for 3 nights we gave up. Not much cookware supplied and everything was so mismatched. 2 small saucepans?! Shower door in the ensuite didnt slide so we didnt want to break that, and as for hot water we had to boil the jug to safely wash the dishes as it was luke warm water. We had pretty much cold showers in the mornings. It didnt feel clean as it was old and dated. The top of the range hood could have done with a good clean too. We also had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, or 4 if from the basement carpark. We were not warned of this when looking at this property. We were told we had a starter pack of towels and we washed them ourselves, in this instance I would think people coming for a holiday wouldnt be bringing laundry liquid esp if they are coming from overseas. Your local is great, the grounds are lovely, just bring the apartments up to date so that people traveling have all the amenities they need.
