Valentina was very nice as was the fellow that helped us get a taxi. The room was clean. Very old building in a great location . Historic I would call it.
We had trouble with the key to the door of the apt.

Compact room in city centre, close to all shops, old town, many eating places and railway station.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Door locks can be quite tricky in Italy in general.
Best to check to be sure you understand the technique to get in or out of rooms/security doors.

Very central. Owner was incredibly helpful when we were late arriving.

Staff and location were good.
My room was in another building. Room was big enough but that's was the only good thing in this accomodation. No kind of peace, awfull really disturbing and loud noises from the backyard, the hallway, and neighboring apartments. Walls were dirty in room. Before booking, check which building your room is in; the one with the reception looked significantly better, alltough I didn't see the rooms there. Over 400€ for 3 nights is a robbery.
