There are free washing and drying machines, very clean and comfortable! The hotel provides free drinking water.

The hotel name is not the same as booking.com says! We had problems with finding the hotel because of that. The wifi worked well in the lobby, but was weak in the room. The hotel is quite far away from the metro station, plus there are stairs on the way, so location is really not the best.

There was no real black coffee at breakfast, neither real orange juice. These two products should be mandatory for international (Greentree Hotel wear a US flag...) business hotel. Renovation workers noise starting early. Cleanliness a bit disturbing. (Dust on plants, stain on carpets and walls, etc.)

The only thing that I liked about this hotel is its location relative to the center. The cost is completely worn.

The hotel has a repair, but only on the top floor. The staff does not understand English at all, despite the fact that the hotel has American flags hanging. The staff will not help you solve your problems. Very dirty corridor, and especially the carpet on the floor in the hall. The rooms are very heavily smoked and it is very difficult for a non-smoking person to be in them. All the plumbing is very bad. Everywhere vyl.

Perhaps a good idea would be a Taxi number on the wall so night staff can find easily, I wasn’t happy when I was told they can’t call a taxi at 4am, the staff did however look for a number and called for me
