La literie était très confortable, le petit déjeuné est de très grande qualité et le personnel est super gentil .

Je n ai pas aimé la salle de bain ( 1 seul vasque au lieu de 2 ) , les toilettes sont petites et il n y a pas de balcon dans la chambre.

Extremelly kind and helpful the staff, breakfast unique and very good options were offered, pool and sea beach side beautifull and guys at beach bar amazing.... It's a super recommended place to stay in Doha!

Der Service war erstklassig. Die Mitarbeiter haben während des Frühstücks jeden Wunsch von den Lippen gelesen und waren stets freundlich. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist einzigartig.

Da wir kurz vor Ramadan dort waren, war es etwas störend, dass im Pool-Bereich ständig etwas aufgebaut wurde.

The location obviously! Few minutes from almost every new attraction in Doha The staff was amazingly kind and helpful The restaurants are fantastic!

Lots of issues related to maintenance (HVAC, water). They need to look at that department closely!

The hotel was amazing. The position is perfect to move both north part (the Pearl, Lusail etc) and south part of the city (old port, souq, museums). The beach and the pool are stunning. The service is perfect!

Absolutely exceptional, this hotel will be my go to when I visit Doha. Very professional staff, nice facilities, great pool, one of the best breakfasts I had.

Отель внешне производит приятное впечатления. Хорошая цена. Много ресторанов. Хороший пляж, бассейн.

Самое основное это то что в комнате не открываются окна, комната нормально не проветривается, от использования кондиционера мы заболели на второй день. Одеяло было настолько теплое и не дышащее, что в середине ночи оба просыпались абсолютно мокрые от пота, мокрое было все, тело, белье, кровать. Это ужас! Пытались менять температуру в помещении, в конечном итоге попросили другие тонкие одеяла у персонала, это немного решило проблему. Но кислорода в номере все равно не хватало, дышать было нечем. Кровать так же не порадовала, внешне была неплохая, но по факту продавленная в местах отдыха, поэтому при перевороте возникал дискомфорт и сразу же прерывался сон. При выезде с меня списали повторно затраты за доставку еды в номер. Поясню: при заказе еды в номер мной она была оплачена наличными. И еще и с чаевыми. При выезде оказалось что отель в этот же вечер снял полную сумму доставки ужина с моей карты (без моего ведома). При выезде, администратор не стал разбираться и возвращать мне мои деньги, пообещал решить вопрос позже, сославшись на то что нет нужных сотрудников, в итоге никто ничего не вернул. По итогу отдых не удался, спали плохо все дни, заболели, деньги списали не правомочно и не вернули. PS. У жены был день рождения как раз в даты пребывания в отеле, никаких поздравлений от отеля не получили, были удивлены и огорчены таким отношением. В итоге пошел на ресепшен, спросил почему так, администратор извинился и все исправил, сказав что пропустили дату дня рождения клиента. В итоге номер украсили, привезли фрукты, сладкое, цветы. Спасибо!
