Great staff and location
Road noise, traffic was loud from 3.30am, amazed given rural location

Better choice of pillows.

Went to a gig in the cavern and it was just round the corner from it.
Also the castle you can visit just up the road aswell.
Thought we would have got a breakfast for £189 for one night but we didn’t.

Location was great, the room was clean and bed comfortable
The bathroom door was extremely loud when opening and closing which disturbed sleep when one of us used it in the night.
The staff weren't very friendly on arrival with alternative parking information as the hotel car park was full.
The food wasn't great however we did have one meal refunded due to it being inedible and a drink on the house.
