This is my favourite hotel in San Cristobal and I come here once or twice a year on a buying trip. I would never stay anywhere else. It is beautiful, clean, has character, is stylish, the lush inner courtyard garden with tranquil nature sounds is restful, the staff are lovely, the location is perrrrrrfect, the attached restaurant is tasty...I love it!

Location is great. It is walking distance from the city centre. The rooms are cozy and the restaurant is nice.
The beds creak a bit.

The staff is great
The rooms are dark!! And have windows to the halls so you can listen everything. Honestly I couldn’t sleep because there are tours at 4:00 am and the neighbors make a lot of noise, even when I complain. The towels are dirty
