It was very a very comfortable and relaxing stay
We liked the property very much. The only downfall was creaking floorboards from above our room.

It has an amazing location overlooking the beautiful Cardigan Bay.

The restaurant was fine. The room was clean and comfortable.
The room was too warm, and given its location - adjacent to a flat roof- it was not appropriate to leave the window open at night.
From time to time there was an intrusive vibration and associated noise in the room, which the duty manager attributed to the fan in the cellar!

Location excellent and the view was fantastic. Very comfortable bar area and room comfortable enough although it would have been nice to have sheets that fitted the bed
Staff 'dead-eyed' in the main but quick off the mark to tell you what you couldn't do or have. Felt like boot camp right from the start with the booking experience and then the stay. Nobody advised that you had to book Sunday lunch as only roasts and no other menu available. Ate in the restaurant twice. First night a good steak meal. Second night catering van standard of burger. Horrible. Also gave up on dessert after it still hadn't arrived after 40 minutes. Hotel doesn't meet it's own aspirations
