We really liked the grill corner where we sat to have dinner. The kids loved the playroom but there weren't many age appropriate games.

Too bad the pool was closed.

Everything at the Tasman Holiday park went smoothly and was easy to use. We were glad for the spacious and comprehensive accommodation.

The wi-fi was intermittent to the point that we gave up and used our hot-spots. The light switches, power-points, handles and switches were all a bit worn out (yes we are in construction, sorry for the nit-picking), with the microwave power-point being of actual concern.

Rebekah went out of her way to give us suggestions of local dining options, best places to go whale watching and when my husband mentioned that we were only married 1 day, immediately upgraded our cabin. Beaches were easily accessible from the accommodation.

The facilities provided were good and the staff were nice and our room was clean. There was a games room with a table tennis table and some other games and there was a tennis court with a basketball hoop and soccer goal. Bed was comfy and the mattress was really soft. The shower was small but it didn’t bother us. There was also a personal coffee machine with tea bags biscuits and hot choc provided.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations which is why I can’t give this a 10 but I’m happy to come here again and check out the pool

The two bed cabin was nice, well decorated and all the conveniences you need. Beds comfy, rooms warm. Playground was good. Staff were really nice and let us charge our car at a powered site.

The pool was closed which was the whole reason we booked this particular park. They had ample opportunity to tell us through email or text but didn't until we got there and checked in. The kids were really disappointed. The WiFi did not work in our cabin.

In a quiet location and very close to the town centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Not able to use the indoor swimming pool as it's in the renovation process. The shower is a bit too small and it's not easy to regulate the hot water temperature we want.

- I booked this place because it had an indoor pool. No warning email, apology or compensation was provided that it would not be available during our stay. - there was a used form in our room, and cigarette butts on the floor. - the extra blankets had a smell, obvious that it was not replaced

Indoor pool was getting renovated which was disappointing. But I’m sure it will look good when complete.

air con was not great at heating the cabin surprisingly. did warm up eventually however had to leave it going otherwise went cold quickly

The cabin was spacious and clean. The park is in an excellent location, and has great facilities for families

The beds could have been slightly softer. The park wifi struggled at peak use times and couldn't be used. Besides this, everything was great!
