The room was excellent - very comfortable beds, beautiful bath and great amenities. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning - there is a great selection of Western and Chinese cuisine - I loved the omelettes made to order, which were a great touch. Staff were extremely courteous, helpful and had a superb level of spoken English - the best I have observed on recent travels, which meant that in the height of a thunderstorm, concierge were able to help us book a taxi when the DiDi wait time was 2 hours plus! I will definitely be returning!

The hotel itself is very good, it has a great location perfect to have a getaway weekend with your partner or family, the room is very spacious, and the balcony improves the whole experience; the breakfast has a good variety of Chinese cuisine and western cuisine very good for all kind of tastes.

In the beginning, when I did the booking I asked the hotel to prepare any kind of decoration or welcoming stuff in our room because it was my partner's birthday and when we arrived the room did not have anything of what I asked for; but to fair, once I talked to the hotel staff the very kindly managed to send us a birthday cake to our room free of charge, which one was very tasty.

The room, the spa, the staff were very friendly, those that could speak English were more than helpful.

Check in was a little awkward, limited English speaking staff, evening buffet was over priced.
