The facilities are fantastic, decor thought through, not overwhelming but tastefully done. All staffs we encountered were exceptional; special mention , in the restaurant Francis and Jackie. Concierge Coulson Lai exceptionally giving good detailed instructions, pointers, very helpful.
The electric circuit seemed a bit wanting..plugs needed to be adjusted before there is connection. Staffs said that possibly because of the age.

The breakfast was incredible, and the location is prime.
Facilities were substandard in my opinion. Dodgy light switch, some obvious knicks and scratches on furniture which hadn't been repaired. Staff weren't unfriendly, but rather quite a lot less friendly than what I've come to expect from hotels. The pool is a public affair attached to the adjacent apartments which makes it more stressful than relaxing. I'll go somewhere else if I return to Beijing.
