The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali

We had the most incredible stay at The Westin Nusa Dua. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience felt magical. The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking, the rooms were immaculate, and the service was spectacular throughout our stay. The food was incredible, especially the buffet breakfast which had absolutely everything you could think of. The pools were beautiful and perfect for families, with a waterslide the kids loved and a fantastic kids club. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. The staff, food, facilities, cleanliness and beautiful surroundings were all exceptional. By far the best resort we have ever stayed at. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to come back!

The only thing I would reconsider is the nanny policy requiring one nanny per child. I completely understand this for babies, young toddlers or when the children are awake, but if older children are already asleep for the night, I think having one nanny supervise two children would be a reasonable option.

We had a fabulous stay at The Westin Nusa Dua. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Our room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool and immaculate grounds made it such a relaxing stay. We would happily recommend The Westin Nusa Dua! Definitely coming back

The size It wasn’t too big to get around and had everything you needed! Ping pong tables, bikes, ice cream shop, coconut station. Staff were lovely

The hotel don’t respect the guests . The hotel hosted conference and suddenly all the facilities occupied. The staff gave full priority to the conference guests and kicked out the main hotel guests from the facilities . 3 days of hell were there .

In the conference days the beach restaurant was kicking out me ( ikan Resturant ) from empty table saying you aren’t from the conference staff leave the table sorrry . What should I do with this sorry . You feel the hotel Like a very cheap place crowded with high traffic in every restaurant and in every place . Finally they decided to do party at 6.00 AM down of my balcony . The 2 rooms we booked were strongly affected by this conference . People in the conference were noisy stay till the late nights shouting . It was mess everywhere for 3 days and the hotel just preferred the commercial part and to gain profit versus the quality . I paid almost USD 8000 for 11 nights 2 rooms and the hotel wasted 30% from my vacation days and time simply for the commercial side . Also , I don’t see any transparency in selling nights for a guest without notifying him that he will not find facially of a seat to set for 3 days and if I knew that I wouldn’t book the hotel from the beginning . The vacation Interrupted and the nights waisted .
