Nice and promising except below..

Breakfast need to have more continental items.. seems more local n vegetarian. when were are checking out your porter helped for the luggages which are part of hotel service- we paid him some money he has given us a very dirty look which is disappointing- wrote to hotel but no apology

Pathatic Staff, Worst Hospitality, Over Charged Hotel, Worst Food available, swimming pool unavailable majority of the time.

the staff wasn’t attentive, we carried our own luggage up to the room inspite of asking for help twice! the in room dining service was slow and got our order wrong and cold! the tea at breakfast was cold too!

The staff at restaurant, particularly lady with name Ms.Babyrose was very helpful with my request for Jain food. Suite had a massage chair too!

Breakfast has very limited options. Also, they need more staff to refill things quickly at breakfast. Fresh fruit juice was on all days same - watermelon.

The service was exceptional.
