A really spacious, clean and modern apartment close to the city centre. The apartment had a charming balcony and roof top. The welcome was warm and nice. The parking space was about 10 minutes by foot. But no problem for us.

The property was spacious, clean and modern, well equipped kitchen. It is about 100m from city beach and about 20 min nice walk to secluded, pebbled beaches in the nature. There is a supermarket in 60m and a 24/7 bakery in 100m. Zlatko was extremely helpful - thanks again Zlatko for your prompt reaction all the time!

The parking is a bit difficult if you have a long car, but Zlatko is a perfect help to park in and out. We managed without any scratch, so no worries.

Nobody at the reception. They want only cash.

Very clean, modern, close to the beach and supermarket

Everything was perfect.

We loved the apartment. It was so luxurious and spacious. Two beautiful terraces, the upper one was with seaview and mountain view. Bathroom was big and beautiful. There was a lot of gadgets in the apartment, 2 tv:s, one of them in the bedroom with access to Netflix, Hbo, and lot of other channels. A lot of kitchen stuff making it feel like home. The place was very clean. Location was perfect, 2 min by walk to the beach where there are a lot of restaurants. To the center of the city it is approximately 15 min walk. A supermarket and a pharmacy also 2 min walk. If visiting Makarska again, we would love to stay here again.

We loved everything. The bed and pillows could be a bit softer. For people with week knees maybe not the best option due to stairs. For us it was no problem at all.

We were just really happy about our apartment at the House Filipovic. It was very very clean, modern, new, comfortable and just good looking. There were all necessary things at the kitchen, so we could cook everything we wanted. Bathroom is small, but very comfortable. The balcony is perfect for having breakfast. We were traveling with our dog and were very pleased that there was not additional fee for staying with a dog. Our host was very friendly and mindful. The location is good: close to the beach and not so far from the city center.

I just can’t even remember something that we didn’t like here:)
