The hotel was lovely, the staff so helpful and friendly. For us it was in the perfect position in Southsea/Portsmouth. Breakfast was excellent with many choices

Excellent place to stay before getting the ferry, near to the seafront and plenty of restaurants near by. All staff were really welcoming, cheerful and super helpful.

Various units to suite all taste and purse. Breakfast location was gorgeous being able to sit outside or inside and cute touches to make it personal
Limited parking on road but we selected onsite in front of reception

Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed.
Insufficient surfaces for personal toiletries in bathroom. Towel rain for damp towels required. Dining area and menu choice very disappointing. Breakfast choice was disappointing when compared with on line photos. The range of photographs on line is misleading especially concerning garden and dining open spaces.
