De locatie, dichtbij centrum en rustig gelegen

De bedden zijn verschrikkelijk, je voelt al het metaal van het matras. Ontbijt is erg karig en de koffie lijkt wel slappe thee. Bad is microscopisch, licht in de kamer deed t niet, alleen het lampje op het nachtkastje

The location is great. The hotel is old but that's what makes it a good experience. Our room was a bit small with only one nightstand. Since we started our three month travels I've learned that a night stand comes in very handy.

Rooms were a bit small. Same for the bathroom. But it's still a nice and clean hotel.

Tranquilidad

Convinient location, good price for the quality. The room was nice and warm, large comfortable bed. Good wifi and breakfast, could recommend for anyone visiting punta arenas. There is free parking in front of the building.

Easy check-in & check-out

Room (#101) smelled like a combination of mildew and feces. Smallest tub/shower ever, leading to a giant puddle on the floor after one 10-minute shower. Also, the breakfast attendants were too busy chatting (for a half hour in the back room) to do their job…miraculously the eggs and lunchmeat were replaced shortly after I stood right outside their staff room door and gave them an uncomfortably long stare…

Nice room, comfortable room with a bathtub.

I got the room I booked, because I refused the room they tried to put me in. Luckily I had the room details from booking.com. I really didn't like having to ask for the room I paid for.
