Madison Capital Executive Apartments

Clean, comfortable suite with all required amenities. Walking distance from central shopping and Floriade site. Only negative was the thin walls between suites....but aside from that, good value for money.

Zero acoustic privacy. Had to listen to TV, conversations and everything else happening in adjacent suites. Not particularly noisy neighbours, just very thin walls.

everything, great value for money, not existing somewhere else

it’s not the modern facility but it doesn’t mean it’ s not good. noisy road

Overall, I had a nice and pleasant stay. The staff were great—friendly, helpful and always willing to assist when needed. The room was comfortable and generally okay, although the cleanliness could be improved a little, as there was still some dust in a few areas. Apart from that, the hotel was calm and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. The location is definitely a plus. It’s centrally located with easy access to public transport, shops, cafés and other amenities nearby, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast is quite basic, so I wouldn’t expect too much variety, but it does the job. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay, with helpful staff and a great location. A little more attention to room cleaning and breakfast options would make the experience even better.

The rooms could use a little more attention when it comes to cleaning, as I noticed quite a bit of dust, especially in the corners. Apart from that, everything was fine and the room did the job for a comfortable stay.

Room was good size, small corridor, no lift to 3rd floor.

Breakfast was all American style, all sweet stuff, pancake, muffins, cereal etc. No bacon/egg or anything orientally. And, no parking was available when we arrive, but overnight street parking was ok until 8am.
