Baan Sukhumvit Soi 18

Excellent location, easy to get to Terminal 21, Emporium, Emsphere, Emquartier Room is very good for the money - enough space, big and comfortable bed. It is a pretty small hotel, so there's about 3 to 4 rooms on the floor, hence not too many guests near you. I am sensitive to noise, and I did not suffer from any noise really. Door works well to keep noise from guests from neighbouring rooms walking in and out on a comfortable level - I could hear them, but on a comfortable level. And thankfully I did not hear any talks or snores or whetever else from neighbours - at all.

I don't think anything needs improvement. This is excellent proposition for its money.

The breakfast here is great, especially the rice soup.

Bed was soft and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Location was great. Near the sky train and subway stations. I'm a quiet side street.

The only negative thing is the shower had a recess all around the tub that got water stuck there every time you shower. Not a big deal.
