Unparalleled and unforgettable ocean views through the impressive large window panes! The accommodation was fabulous, with its large dimensions and luxurious finishes.
There was nothing, not to like! Everything was perfect. Perhaps some small touches to add to the great experience, such as: a delicious biscuit at the coffee station, a small decadent chocolate with the bed 'turn down' and a large hard covered coffee-table-book about the whales in Hermanus!

The choice for breakfast was very good. Room was excellent and staff very helpful.
There was only two choices for a non meat eater for the evening meal and for the four days we were there is was the same menu. However the food was very good.

Beautiful and quiet location in Sandbaai. Easy to get to the ocean - there is a walkway along the ocean. The staff was friendly, efficient. The breakfasts were lovely and generous. Overall just a lovely place to stay.
Pillows could be better. But everything else was superb!

View is lovely
The mini bar in the room was lacking - not one snack or biscuit available.
Minimal towels in the bathroom - no hand towels - only black face cloths which is unacceptable in a so called five star establishment. The telephone in the room was not working, not plugged in therefore not charged.
The toilet smelt badly of old urine - clearly not being cleaned properly!
