The mangrove veiw is just in front of the balcony, peaceful and quiet. There's a kayaking, boat, surf puddling activities near by the mangroves. Hotel is beautiful and cozy and friendly staff's.

I expected them to have some Asian food restaurants in the hotel but there's no. However there is a good Japanese fusion restaurant just next to the hotel which is attached in their residential building.

Breakfast spread was good. Staff at the pool bar were courteous and pleasant - Rashmi and Elcido provided the best hospitality. Location was ideal.

The bathroom - There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom when we checked in, wasn’t cleaned properly.

They upgraded us for free, from 2 connecting rooms, to a suite with mangrove views. That really set the tone, for the start of our little staycay. The soaps and shampoos, were some of the better ones we've come across. Smelled amazing. The reception staff and house keeping staff were fantastic and really helpful. The views of the mangroves were beautiful. Check out was super swift and simple. Quiet and relaxing place for a getaway to experience some nature outside of the city.

You could tell that the hotel is little understaffed. We noticed a dead fly and some dead moths in the corridor, the day we arrived cos my kids pointed them out. They were still there in the exact same spot when we checked out. We were there for 3 nights... Although our rooms had house keeping daily, we could tell that the rest of the hotel most probably did not. We hardly used our balcony because it was so dusty and there was old bird poop that hadn't been cleaned in a while. Breakfast service felt a bit manic, felt like there weren't enough waiting staff to get to everyone, however they seemed to manage, although they seemed a bit flustered/or in a hurry, every time we asked them for something. I noticed a few guests clearing their own plates to be able to take new ones. Maybe its just me, but what I really didn't like, is that they had dried food only covered by plastic wrap, in the buffet display, out overnight. You would walk by the same buckets of nuts and dried fruits, which had been open and accessible to everyone the evening before. Bearing in mind that the hotel is next to the mangroves and with people exiting and the outdoor seating all the time its impossible to eliminate flies and other bugs. It was like this for our entire stay there. This screams "recycled, reused, not fresh" to a visitor. Needless to say, we did not touch any of that. This lowered my overall impression of the buffet offering in general.

Breakfast could have more healthy options

Magnificent views. Very relaxing especially having breakfast in front of the mangroves it set us on a great mood for the whole day. Excellent support from the staff, valet parking was inclusive along with lounge for the executive room. We were upgraded our stay for the NYE which was so lovely, also special thanks to the manager Nicola Mandolini for being extremely attentive and for supporting us during our NYE celebrations. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. There are also some nice restaurants just out of the hotel on the promenade and also companies for kayaking which is an experience I'd recommend although some of them are a bit pricey. If you're interested in kayaking I'd recommend going with the guys located next to the side where all the restaurants are, they offer the same experience for a quarter of the price.
