Decent Airport Hotel a short distance <1 mile from the Airport
(Didn't spend too much time here, arrived late evening and left early morning for a day tour - was able to leave bag - so difficult to judge fully
Best sleep I had during my trip to (mainly) Sri Lanka and Mumbai.

Just a short ride from the airport, the Mirage is a very nice hotel for a couple of nights. The food at the restaurant was quite good (though we didn't try the buffet). The bed was very comfortable and the room has a bathtub, as well as a shower. Service was very good.
Not many late-night options on that side of the street but a few across the street. Oddly, even though we booked for 2 people, there was only one bath towel, but an extra towel (and an iron) was brought quickly upon request.

Bathroom had broken fixtures,lighting were broken and there were wiring lying out in the open.
The room had unclean areas.

The staff is the most courteous and smiling and goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Special mention of Mr.Mahendra from F&B and Mr.Varghese and Mr.Vijay from reception for their exemplary service:))))

The room were not sound proof. Mr. Kumar managed to get only 45 mins all thru the night.

Not well maintained and cleaned. The overall feel of the air in the room and the corridor from lift to the room were not fresh.
No minibar as per list of room facilities.
In current condition, not sure whether it still deserve 4 stars.

Great Location . very close to airport. any sort of transportation easily available from just outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

I liked everything overall, especially the flexibility and hospitality of the stuff, really nice and clean room. All was nice and quite despite of its location.

I was disturbed twice at 3 am because of a staff members mistake. I booked the hotel a day prior to a big event and needed a good nights sleep . I had only three hours to catch up on sleep from 2-5 and 3 am someone rang the door bell . I was fast asleep and dint bother hearing it faintly. then someone calls me on the room landline to disturb me and then says sorry to disturb. are we people foolish to pay 5 k for a third class service like this? I haven’t slept after 3 am and now I have a long day running around at my event. I need a refund but all the staff could say was sorry. If action is not taken I will go on social media platforms to make noise.
