Great location on the lake. Our cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. Also the park was nearly full, our location still felt nice and quiet.
The shower temperature was very touchy. The bathroom sink taps felt like they were both connected to the hot water line.

It has everything to keep the kids entertained. Even the big kids. Fishing was almost on the doorstep!
They had daily activities for the kids during the school holidays. The donut van was parked up during our stay and daily ice cream van visit was also nice.
The pools, splash park and lake were great on the warmer days. They also had a fire pit for the cooler nights which was a lovely touch.
The only thing I didn't like personally was the packs of unsupervised kids that were picking on other kids.

Location, lake, walking distance to restaurants
The inflated price due to a soccer carnival. Leaves a sour taste to see the price change accordingly.

The location is great right on the lake and the price is reasonable. Plenty of hot water in the external ensuite. The bed was comfy.
It wasn't the clean vintage cabin in the photo. Not a vintage kitchen anymore (which would probably be a good thing for most people but not me, and not what was promoted).. And not clean either unfortunately.
Behind things, in corners, up above (dead bugs and cobwebs in the ensuite), and when you open curtains and (especially) the kitchen blind.
Overall kinda disappointing.
