It was in a good location for what I wanted to do.

The unnecessary large skylight in the centre of the room that could not be shrouded. No air con in the bedroom. No fly/mossie screens. Very steep stairs to get up to our room.

Lovely room,great location.

The bed was two mattress's pushed together, you could feel the middle where they joined.

So great to be able to use the laundry facilities. Thank you. 😊

Perfect location in the heart of Rye. Very spacious upstairs apartment. Enjoy the bigger living n dining area we have for 2 bedrooms apartment.

Would have preferred the white lightings instead of yellow lighting however there are skylights in kitchen n bathroom so they do make difference during the day.

Property is right in the centre of the town , local shops and beach is literally around the corner 🙂👍with variety of cafes around.

The Location of the apartment and the size of the room was very good. It was very clean and could request for any extra item and they were provided without any hesitation. Covered car parking was an added bonus. The receptionist Debbi was very friendly and helpful. We really had a great time except the weather was not the best.

Nice welcoming host’s. Room was spacious and large. All was nice and clean and off street parking. The location was excellent as we ate locally for two of the nights.

Completely my fault but I should have rung the Motel directly instead of booking online and chosen a room without a spa. Firstly I don’t like spa baths and consider them complete water wasters. Secondly it bumps up the price of the room because of the cleaning after each occupancy. The not so good was that my room was backed facing Napier street it was a little noisy at times. Thank goodness it’s winter and was mostly quiet. Also I think a full size ironing board would be useful. I thought the bench top mini ironing boards weren’t allowed anymore for safety reasons. Also the dining table had signs of burn marks or damage quite possibly done by the use of these stupid boards. Finally I’m not sure about having to wash the dishes at $220 per night but they are the rules.

Accommodation was right in the centre of Rye. Close to restaurants etc. Del Posto Italian is amazing. Very clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Brad, the host, was lovely and very helpful. Will stay again
