We arrived 2.5 hours before the check in time but they helped us to put our stuff and start enjoying all inclusive opportunities. Also for checkout , we had transfer around 6 pm . We asked if we can use facilities during this time with an extra payment . They told payment is not needed and we can use everything except alcoholic drinks . Even This attitude can explain everything about the hotel’s mentality. In general all products that they used were good . Staff was very kind . Food and drink selections were very good and tast is very good in overall. Price performance is 10/10 . Everyday ,they have activities and animation shows . Extreme show was amazing i think if you watch it in somewhere else as a show the minimum ticket price would be 20 euros :) We had lots of fun and will come back for sure . Normally I am very lazy person for this kind of booking reviews but i could not resist not to comment :) Highly recommended for everyone !

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the all-inclusive experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with great facilities, a lovely atmosphere and plenty of choice when it comes to food and drinks. The staff were friendly and hardworking throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Mohammed at reception, who went above and beyond to look after us. We had a small issue when we first arrived, and Mohammed handled it exceptionally well. He made sure everything was resolved and that the rest of our holiday was perfect. His kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a huge difference to our experience. We would also like to give a special thank you to Esma, who was incredibly helpful during our departure and made sure we had a smooth and stress-free checkout. It was a lovely way to end our holiday and showed the same level of care and hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Thank you to Mohammed, Esma and the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily return!

room started leaking from the rain all clothes were sagging wet, frustrated that they only offered to change room, no offer to laundry clothes for free or anything, we even had to move everything ourselves over to other room
