Raphael Hotel Wälderhaus

Das Waldhaus, fast ganz aus Holz, hat ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Das Personal auch im Wilhelms war stets freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Eckzimmer, das erstaunlich großzügig ist. Die Lage vom Hotel war für uns super. Die S-Bahnstation ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und mit der Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadt oder am Hafen. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Parkplatz.

A good bathroom with walk in shower!!

I was unfortunate to use this accommodation during COVID-19, so many facilities were not available, however, when checking in, I was asked if I would have breakfast the next morning. I said yes, however, because my job for which I came for started a lot earlier than expected, I could not have breakfast. When checking out, they said just bad luck, you still have to pay for the unused breakfast... so sad... No parking available at the hotel. You may use a parking garage close by. Tip for future users: when leaving the garage, you come to an open parking area. Go around the area and use the right, not left, departure gate to leave. Very important!!!
