The view and pool are spectacular. The pool gets all day sun so was always warm and easy to get into. Plenty of options to sit around and enjoy the pool and view. Bed was comfortable and we found we didn't need to use the mosquito net as very few mosquitoes.. The villa also has their own driver you can book for short trips around the island. Staff were attentive and provided towels each day and offered cleaning if we wanted it. 5 min walk down the stairs to get to restaurants such as The Deck, Bar Riva, etc. Yes there's a lot of stairs but still a quick walk. There are two good restaurants (Karana and JResto) next door and just up the road also with great views.

The showers in both bathrooms are kind of gross and need to be replaced. Both with mould and water not coming out of the shower heads properly. Fortunately the rest of the villa is in far better condition than these.

Gorgeous Villa. Really lovely and relaxing. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Photos are a little deceiving. The villa appears to be on / near the beach, but it’s on a steep set of stairs (and I mean steep and long!!) Our view was ok, but blocked by a rooftop.

We had the downstairs 1 bed villa. It was very comfortable and had a lovely plunge pool but it was not the lead picture on the listing. That is the 2 bedroom villa with infinity pool upstairs. Even so, the property had lovely views, was well equipped and the staff were lovely, particularly Gede and Widi. Thank you for your lovely friendly service. It was great value for money, shower was nic and bed very comfortable. Also had a water cooler which we really appreciated.

It was quite tired and run down but very clean and comfortable in a great location. Lots of stairs down to the beach but great exercise!

The staff were very friendly and approachable. Gede was very understanding and kind.

Misled by the photos online - we had a view of the roof below and a very distant sea view after the roof. No other pool facilities other than a very deep and small plunge pool in the villa.
