Location is perfect. It's in the center of the town but also on the lake. Service was very good, spa is beautiful and worth of money.

The location was fantastic. Very helpful staff. The parking was much easier than we expected. You can register license plate with hotel to pull into restricted zone to unload luggage and pull back in at end of stay to load luggage. Covered parking is five minute walk with easy tunnel and elevator to parking garage. After seven weeks all over Italy…this was the best breakfast. The restaurant for dinner was a fair price and good food with of course an amazing view.

Good location
On the 4th floor, there is a ventilation chimney from the kitchen, so all these smells go to the room or the windows must be closed. The terrace by the room is open for all the guests of the hotel and it is a lack of safety and privacy.

Breathtaking view & location, nice rooms & breakfast!
Parking instructions should be updated: There is no "Gate 3" (as mentioned in the email) to enter the plaza by car, just a red light and a camera, so one is likely to think it risky to ignore the red light, receiving a moving violation. The opening of the parking gates (going in and out) did not work automatically as promised, had to call the concierge three times.

Location was great.
My room was very hot when I arrived. I inquired why the air conditioning didn’t work. The employee at the desk said they shut it off in September because electricity was too expensive. This was not Advertised in anyway and made the room very uncomfortable.

I would have loved a balcony room when I booked I asked for a room overlooking the lake thinking I was getting a balcony room however the room did overlook the lake but was not a balcony room.

really hard to drive to the property, directions should have been clearly provided as you need to drive through a pedestrianised area

Great location right on Lake Garda. Very close to restaurants looking out on the lake. Parking was convenient and allowed us to travel to nearby locations like Arco. A great trail started near the hotel which allowed us to a great hike our first night. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Italy so far.
No major issues, really.
