Whilst a little far from the centre with no shops around, the walk up the promenade was lovely. Excellent ground floor terrace with sea view.
Wifi was very weak

Apartment has a great location on the beach. There us also parking available. Suportive host and posibility to check in at night.
The equipment of the apartment is worn out, everything is old and bad condition. Airconditioning did not work properly and was disconnecting which is a problem in winter because it’s cold.

that smoking is allowed on balconies/terraces (that’s for all…but hoping one day that there will be places with no smoking allowed)

The cleanliness, the large space, the position, and also very importantly the familial atmosphere. The beach is not busy over the week, but in the weekends, but this is all normal.
A rug in front of the apartment entrance door, then a large carpet inside the hallway - up to the little bedroom entrance, meaning about 1.5 ml. That would help to keep the sand away (less floor scratches, less drain clogs, less trouble with the cleaning)
A source of water and a hose would be useful in those little backyards (especially if pets are accepted.

Great location, clean and quite recent apartment.
Very noisy between apartments (we could perfectly hear the conversations of our neighbours through the wall), bathtub not working properly. Additionaly the second lockdown was announced during our stay and made us leave halfway through it, and the hotel refused to reimburse us for the remaining nights. They did not answer our various mails.
