Hospitality is top notch from Richard, Angela, Sharon and the rest of the team. The food is delicious, especially breakfast, with a feast of different items to choose from. The evening meals, whilst a bit pricey are good value for the quality. The views from the property are wonderful, across to the nearby lake and mountains.

Beautiful traditional hotel in an incredibly beautiful setting. The room was immaculate and with thoughtful touches, and a beautiful view. Traditional decor, everything very clean, comfortable and elegant. The breakfast was excellent - wide choice, everything presented beautifully, excellent details like a chilled butter pot with a curl of butter on top, real honeycomb, provenance listed for the meat in the full English, and a mountain weather forecast printed out on the breakfast buffet table. Nothing too lavish or showy or over the top, everything done to make guests feel comfortable and looked after.
