Staff at check-in counter not courteous unwelcoming.
Insistent on paper work /booking forms to match booking without interest to the customer welfare.
Room for improvement.
Staff at F&B Kevin rude fare paying customer ordering a cup of coffee ☕️ was asked to move or clear table to cater to buffet customer clearly unwelcoming n unethical.

wifi and network really weak. almost no internet when we stay at the room. Gym’s equipment are too old
