We had a great stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and they upgraded us to a bigger room on arrival. It was a very quiet location and the restaurant opposite - tintins - was great, we ate there twice.
Location was closer to the beach than to old town but still slightly in limbo, we had to get Grabs everywhere which isnt a problem but does come out of the budget. They are still doing work on the hotel, so it was quite loud at points.

Great location between the Old Town (about a 15-20 minute walk), and beautiful An Bang Beach
Superior room, with balcony overlooking the pool and street, was spacious and well equipped with good aircon, overhead fan, comfy single beds, and a bath with wall shower (water was always hot which was great).
Free use of bikes
Close to several good restaurants and mini marts; thoroughly recommend Rosies Cafe, just around the corner, for a delicious, fresh, cheap breakfast. Note: We opted to exclude the breakfast option from our room rate, knowing that the hotel hasn't resumed it's pre-covid buffet breakfast.

Occasional loud noise from rooms above and next to ours as chairs etc were dragged across the floor.
Also be aware that there are no credit card facilities and you may be asked for part payment midway through longer stays, which is understandable

Staff was just lovely but hotel was the filthiest I've been to. My "clean" towel had dried up poop on it, the toilet near reception was overflowing with pooey tissues for 2+ days, the duvet had a blood stain you could see through the sheets. Buffet seemed filthy as well

Great location, easy bike to beach with complimentary bikes, helpful staff, beach was awesome!! Great Thai restaurant on corner :) Staff easily arranged private car back to airport for us

Yen the owner was just sensational. When we got there she recommended all excursions and how much we should be paying for everything so we’re not getting ripped off. free push bikes to rent and also arranged us a moped to rent for a couple of days. The weather was unbearable so we sat by the pool and she made us too ice cold mango smoothies. Yen was warm, helpful and just did everything to give excellent service. I would definitely stay here again if I return.

Lovely stay! The rooms were clean and modern, felt very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the outside area was nice. The front desk and night staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Perhaps a slight bit further out from the Old Town, but the hotel made up for it. The hotel also offered free bicycles which we used. As well, the location of the hotel is actually quite handy as it is half way between Old Town and the Ao Bang beach.

Clean and spacious rooms, lovely pool area, great value for money.
Staff were really friendly and helpful organising transport for us, even went out there way to drop something we left off to us in Da nang.

great pool, clean room, 15 min walk into old town (they will give you a recommendation to old town which passes a tailor shop they recommend but we found a better and in our opinion safer route into old town just a few streets down). the restaurant across the road (Tin Tin) gave us the best food we’ve had in Vietnam overall.
they don’t take card payments. we paid cash but then had to withdraw cash which incurred fees, this was annoying. also the beers for sale in receptions fridge wasn’t cold or even switched on. no table on balcony.

The hotel is in a perfect location midway between the beach and the old town. The rooms were very big and nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very specious room of a higher standard than other hotels for comparable price in Vietnam. Best quality so far during my trip. Cleaned every day, recently renovated and with good quality equipment. Free bikes for disposal of guests and a swimming pool. The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful - they arranged everything for the comfort of my stay, starting from the tour, airport transfer (cheaper than Grab), and finishing with a ticket for Hoi an memories show. You can order breakfast which will be brought to your room :-)
Cannot complain about anything. Although not that close to the old town, a free bike made a distance unproblematic. On the other hand, there are only 4 km to the beach. In fact, I gave up on my accommodation in Danang and
stayed until my flight from Danang airport.

This hotel is in great location close to the city center (you can take a bike which makes it a 10 minutes ride) a little bit further to the beach but there is a bike lane all the way. Breakfast was good and coffee was the best we had in Vietnam. Rooms are not newest but quite clean and very spacious. Staff was nice and helpful. There is a good relation between quality and price
Having a ping pong table in canteen turned out not to be the best idea as you might want to eat your breakfast in peace. Other than that this place was really worth recommending

The hotel is a little way out of HoiAn old quarter, but good location if you don’t mind a bit of walking - about 20 minutes walk.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was good.
Bed was comfortable and room a good size, with balcony.
Definitely recommend staying here.
